How long will it take?

The initial 28-point check itself takes 2 hours, but booking your car in, carrying out the check, and booking it back out takes longer than that, so we ask you to leave your car with us overnight.
Once we've sent you the video report and itemised estimate, we have a 2-hour grace period before we have to move onto other jobs, so please let us know as soon as you can if you'd like us to go ahead with repairs. Getting back to us within that window means we can get straight on with the work without having to reschedule.
If you go ahead, fixing the car and drying it out takes 3–5 days, depending on how wet it is.
