How long will it take?

This is an almost impossible question to answer until we have seen what we are dealing with. In fact, it may be impossible to answer until we have started work. We understand this is frustrating as we charge by the hour.

We may recommend allowing us to carry out 1–3 hours of work. At which point, hopefully we will have cleaned up the bulk of the problem, know how easy or hard the substance is to remove, and be able to give you an accurate estimate for the completion of the job.

With all jobs of this type, we will send regular video updates as we go, keeping you informed and allowing you to make decisions. We aim to save you money and provide you with the most cost effective and efficient solution.
