We can remove odours of pets, rotten food, spilled drink, rotten milk, cigarette or cigar smoke, fuel and chemicals.

With all types of odour, the only solution which is guaranteed to work is to remove the source of the smell with thorough cleaning. Depending on what is causing the smell, this may require us to dismantle some or all of the interior of the car. Therefore, it is difficult to give a quotation without knowing more information, so we would ask you to call and talk to one of our technicians.

Although smells and odours cannot be seen, it might be a good idea to send us a video telling us where you think the smell is coming from and what you believe to be the cause.

A mistake many people make with odours is that they take it to a car valeter or car detailer and ask them to shampoo the seats and carpets. This can often dilute the substance which is causing the smell and spread it around, making it worse. They then use air fresheners which do little but mask the smell, so when the air freshener wears off, the bad odour returns. It is best to contact a professional specialist in odours from the beginning.

There are some substances which can be spilled, or otherwise contaminate your car where odour is not the primary concern. We can usually help with these too. These might include ash and soot, contaminated water, sun cream and hair gel, building materials or waste, blood and bodily fluids. We can even decontaminate a car after contamination by rodents or insects.

We are fully equipped to extract most materials, have chemicals to neutralize their effects, and/or have smart repair solutions to repair damage they might do.
